Before we submit your purchases, we may need to confirm some information with card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Non-perishable orders will be processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Saturday from 9AM to 7PM. Perishable orders will ONLY be processed on Mondays during our regular business hours of 9AM to 7PM. Orders placed after hours or on holidays will be processed by our shipper on the next business day. It may take up to 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped depending on the number of orders we receive. You will receive an e-mail with your order’s tracking number once your package is shipped.
Keep in mind that you might receive your non-perishable and perishable items on different days due to our policy above.SHIPPING CHARGES

Mercado Brasil uses USPS to ship all non-perishable packages. The USPS shipping options are as follows:
Priority Mail Express - If Priority Mail Express shipping is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 1-2 business days after shipping. Priority Mail - If Priority Mail shipping is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 1-3 business days after shipping.
U.S SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR PERISHABLE ITEMS
Mercado Brasil uses USPS to ship all perishable packages. The USPS shipping options are as follows:
Priority Mail Express - If Priority Mail Express shipping is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 1 business days after shipping.
LOCAL PICK-UP AND DELIVERY
Mercado Brasil offers local pick-up and delivery. For pick-up orders, your order will be ready within 4 hours after you place your order. For local delivery orders, Mercado Brasil charges a fee of $15.00 for delivery. Your delivery will be made on the next you placed your order in between the hours of 5PM and 8PM.
